Why is coconut oil better that vegetable oils
A: Coconut oil is not simply better but substantially better than vegetable oils. Unrefined coconut oil is a naturally occurring saturated fat making it very stable under high heats Vegetable oils such as corn, canola, soybean, etc. are unsaturated fats which means they are highly unstable and have a very high propensity for rancidity and must be hydrogenated
