What is the CoconutWellness.com policy for returns and exchanges on coconut products? First Fruits Inc. is committed to maintain high standards of quality, superior value and prompt service. Customers have 24 hours from the time of acceptance to email or call us for any complaints regarding the products that have been delivered. Due to the nature of our organic products refunds or exchanges are provided only for merchandise damaged as a result of the shipping process or those with obvious defect, and must be returned to us within twenty-four(24) hours from date of delivery to: First Fruits Inc. 3716 W. 21st Ave. Gary, IN. 46404 We only issue exchanges or charge credit card back only to the card originally used to make the purchase(s). This policy is just one indication of our full commitment to the total satisfaction of our online customers. Shipping Policy Except when indicated otherwise, all products being offered and sold online are shipped within 1-3 business days depending on availability of merchandise. Any product not available at time of order or that must be back ordered your credit card will not be billed until email conformation is made that the customer still wants the order and order is shipped. Shipping Rates will be as follows: 1. Shipping rates on all orders are assesed by total weight of order being shipped including packaging 2. Rush Orders We do not provide overnight or next day deliveries. All ordered items will be delivered within ten (10) days from the date of order, credit card approval and address verification. First Fruits Inc. accepts online orders for delivery to the US and Canada only. To place an international order, kindly email satisfaction@coconutwellness.com Delivery is normally to the card holders’ billing address. Delivery instructions to a separate address will require e mail instructions from the card holder. What other factors may affect the delivery of products/services? Unless otherwise specified by a posted notice, There is a 7 -10 day lead time, from the date the order is placed and approved. Customers are advised to check the shipping schedule for each product/service accordingly. Our customer service will also coordinate with you thru email regarding the delivery of products ordered online. In case of extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, national emergencies, and other force majeure conditions, delivery dates might not be fulfilled. Under normal conditions we will adopt all measures to ensure that prompt delivery schedules are followed. |
